Another powerful tool for us to utilise and one I find particularly useful.
The larger screen and better quality audio allows for a far more personal feel especially with video chats, bringing us closer to one another then ever before!
These video chats are the closest we can get to meeting in person (location dependent), and are what help us to build a solid relationship.
Mimoza was my first female client to join me at ROM gym in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex (March 2020).
However due to Covid-19 all training was outdoors only between March-August 2020.
She signed up to the 12 x PT sessions over 6 weeks with a diet & meal plan package back in March.
Mimoza has a background in keeping fit & healthy, however in recent times hasn’t been as committed as she once was. Therefore she has enlisted the help of a PT for the 1st time & I’m very happy to have you on board 🙂
She will be training with me 2x per week Over 6 weekly Cycles with the following goals:-
1:- Lose 5 stone/31.7kg or just under 70lb 💪🏼
2:- Quit Smoking 🚬 ✌🏼
3:- Eat Healthy & Right to fit into a size 10-12 👗 again 🙌🏼
I have recommended a minimum of 6 months to achieve this with a gradual drop in daily calories, an increase in all forms of exercise & of course developing new daily habits to accelerate her goals in the safest & most effective time scale possible.

Ellie is a busy mother of 2 & wants to lose some excess pounds, tone up & shape up to keep up with them 💪🏽
She has signed up to my 18 session + 2 free Block which lasts for 10 weeks 👌🏽 consisting of 2 workouts per week.

He has enlisted my help with his Strength & Conditioning, with the current goals:-
1) Lose 2 stone (currently 13.5 stone/86kg)
2) Increase Speed, Power, Flexibility & overall fitness to aid in his combat training.
3) Develop, maintain & adopt new eating habits for an epic Body Transformation 💪🏼
We had a really good first session & he has a very good base of strength/fitness to work with so I have no doubts he’s journey is going to be a very successful one 🔥

Pete is oldest ever client at 67 but don’t let age fool you into thinking he’s no spring chicken!

Pete has been caught in that vicious circle of training with no real purpose, structure & tends to leave feeling as if he has done more bad then good!
Therefore he has come to me to learn what works best for him without causing any unnecessary pain or debilitating injuries, as he works to maintain his current health & fitness into his later years.

Paul has signed up to my 6 week Block, 13 for the price of 12 👌🏽
I’ll be training him 2-3 times per week during this period with the primary goals:-
1) Tone Up, paying particular attention to his mid-section, bye bye 🍺 🤣
2) Permanently Change his eating habits to fit around his lifestyle & Gout.
3) Teach him how to use his bodyweight, free weights, machines etc with confidence, precision & to maximum affect, whether with my guidance or alone.
4) Lose 5kg of unwanted Fat.
I was blown away by his natural ability today & focus & I’m super confident after this 6 week period he will be looking & feeling significantly different 💪🏽

Loui is my youngest client at only 16! He is currently seeing me once per on a Pay as you go basis, what a great thing to see when the young are proactive & not lazy!
He has enlisted my help with the current goals:-
1) Learn how to use a variety of equipment & free weights within the gym both with & without my guidance.
2) Bulk up a little, focusing on his arms & Abs in particular 💪🏽
3) Improve his confidence with using a gym of similar environment.

I’d like to give a warm welcome to a new recruit of mine **Mark**.
On the 9th October Mark had his 2nd Assessment with me where we focused on Legs & Abs with some killer circuits at the end 🔥🤣
He has signed up to my 20 session (2 free) block over 10 weeks with a Diet Plan & Lifestyle Overhaul program.
He’s main goals are as follows:-
1) Lose 15kg, currently 105kg.
2) Gain Muscle & strength.
3) Reduce overall body fat % & improve overall fitness.
We have had 2 very good sessions already & I’m looking forward to putting him through his paces over the next couple of months leading into Xmas 🎅🏻
